Donation Request Form

We are grateful to be part of such a vibrant and giving community and appreciate every organization that reaches out to us.

While we would love to support every request, we receive a high volume and are not able to fulfill them all. Requests are reviewed on a rolling basis, and if selected, we will respond within four days.

If you do not receive a response within that time, we are unable to accommodate your request.

Priority is given to local, creative, and community-driven initiatives.

To be considered, all requests must include:

• A clear description of the event, organization, or initiative
• The date, location, and purpose of the event
• Specific details on what is being requested from Caravan (e.g., product donation, gift card, sponsorship, etc.)
• How the donation will be used or presented
  

Incomplete requests will not be reviewed.
