The rich indigo canvas is hand dyed using pigment derived from indigo plants. To achieve this deep shade of blue, the fabric is dyed in layers over time — requiring roughly 15 submerges into the dye vat. As the tote is worn and washed, the indigo will naturally soften and fade, revealing the grain of the fabric and creating a beautiful classic denim-like character.

This version is accented with acid wash canvas details and finished with leather handles featuring painted edges. Like all Immodest Cotton totes, the removable leather handles allow the bag to convert from handheld to shoulder carry, and once removed, the canvas body can be washed.

Please note: while the dyeing process has been updated to minimize color transfer, indigo can naturally shed dye until it fades or is washed several times. For this reason, we recommend avoiding light-colored clothing when carrying the bag initially.

Built with durable 18 oz cotton canvas, double-stitched seams, and cotton-bound interiors, this tote is made to last — and to age beautifully with use.
